Wildflowers Floral Design specializes in creative, unique, and elegant florals for your wedding day. We understand that your wedding is far more than a special occasion; it is a personal, intimate celebration to be remembered for a lifetime. I imagine that you are excited and hopeful as you plan for your wedding and perhaps slightly overwhelmed by all of the choices before you. This is where I can come in and offer guidance and encouragement as you make selections to make your dreams come true.
With our weddings, cost and value are of the utmost importance as we understand the value of your budget, In most cases, given a price range, we can usually accommodate your design ideas.
Below are things that you should know when choosing Wildflowers Floral Design for your wedding.
Booking Events- To book your event and save the day, I require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the cost of your flowers. Once again this is a non-refundable deposit in the event you should cancel. This must be paid within 10 days after consultation or forfeit of date.
Required Payment-Two (2) months prior to your event, 50 percent of your balance shall be paid in full. One (1) month prior to the event the remaining balance must be paid in full.
Additions-You may be able to add minor additions to your order. An example is up to 5 corsages or boutonnieres, 5 centerpieces etc. Additions will be at the discretion of Wildflowers Floral Design and based on availability. No additions may be made less than 10 days prior to the event.
Payments-All payments to Wildflowers Floral Design must be paid in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Delivery Policy-Delivery to church or event venue will be made on the day of the event. Please make arrangements with the church or venue to have doors unlocked. Delivery charge includes round trip to and from one destination. In-county delivery is $50.00. Out-of-county delivery is $1.00 per mile plus the initial $50.00 fee. Transporting of flowers from ceremony/church/venue to reception is the responsibility of the special event party.
Set-up Fees-Any additional set up other than drop off will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour. Examples: pew decor and reception decor will be charged accordingly.
